MIAMI, FL JULY 9, 2023 – The Wonder Woman Initiative at Miami Swim week was held on July 8, 2023 was a huge success, showcasing emerging designers and honoring women in our communities. The event featured I Am Eido, Voglia Swimwear™, MoLuxe, Coconut Bikini and Dieo Collection including honoring Sophie Ringel of Clean Miami Beach, 5x Guinness World Record Holder Merle Liivand, Florida House of Representatives Dotie Joseph, and Project Runway Alum Layana Aguilar.

Held on the Rooftop at The Kimpton Anglers, the energy was electric as the show was hosted by Breast Cancer disrupter Christine Handy with guests enjoying beats from DJ ReRe, AfroFusion Buffet, and drinks from Pulpoloco Sangria and Boxed Water. In addition to the showcase, guests also took part in the sustainability panel and danced on the runway with sponsor, Gloria Ward.
